Mostly great, would recommend
I love this app, but have found a few minor problems with it.
Pros: intense workout for an out-of-shape desk jockey like myself, uses my music and changes the tempo to keep me moving fast, has audio counting so I know when Im almost done
Cons: if you remove an item from your "available" tools list, it still leaves it in the workouts. I no longer have access to a chair, why are all my exercises chair-assisted still?? Also, the video of someone doing the exercise is not timed to the reps that are being counted.
