I love this app

This workout is a must if your serous about your health... I like it just as much as the P90X Legs and back. Its full of variations and the coach is right there with you showing you perfect form.

You must have it. Its unbelievably helpful, finally I know how to do each exercise because of the clear videos and I can actually feel me muscles workings!

Easy Leg Workout

I just love the LOLO exrcise app simple to follow instructions, video to technique and handy on my iPhone where ever I might want to fit in 5 min of exercise or I can do a more intense workout at home - leaves me feeling invigurated! kisuemc

I love the Lolo Apps, this one included. I have been using them since the beginning if the year, and they continue to leave me with that oh so good soreness afterwards. I love that you can input the equipment you have on hand, select the difficulty and intensity easily. I only wish you could save those workouts you really like to go back to them another time, or if you could customize your own workout within the App. Otherwise, great app for targeting areas, will continue to use it!!

Tried and loved Easy Abs so I gave this one a try. Also fantastic. Give me Easy Arms and Ill be set.

Ouch! But a good ouch!

I love this app! I am no fitness buff and I decided to get this because I figured 5 min a day wont be too time consuming. I started feeling the effects of the workout on day one! Just got the abs one and Ill be keeping an eye out for an arms one! Great job!

Good for us former couch potatoes

I have been working on lolos BeatBurn Treadmill/Outside app and decided to give this a try also. As another reviewer said, ouch! But a good ouch! It had me working muscles that I swear havent been used since high school gym class.

Love it!

Easy to follow with clear demonstrations. I love how I can pick the amount of time I want to spend on my workouts. Its so personalized!

Mostly great, would recommend

I love this app, but have found a few minor problems with it. Pros: intense workout for an out-of-shape desk jockey like myself, uses my music and changes the tempo to keep me moving fast, has audio counting so I know when Im almost done Cons: if you remove an item from your "available" tools list, it still leaves it in the workouts. I no longer have access to a chair, why are all my exercises chair-assisted still?? Also, the video of someone doing the exercise is not timed to the reps that are being counted.

I sit here dripping sweat as I write this. I did the 15 minute beginner and wow, did it kick my butt! What an amazing app, my legs feel like jelly. Such an amazing workout for such a low price. I cant wait to use this more and actually tone my legs up! I The time flew by, and I highly recommend this app!

I like the app but its hard to accomplish from my iPhone. Its not compatible to my composite connection so I dont use it as often as I would like. I really wish I could view from my tv the exercises look realy good.

i do the wokouts every night and after two weeks i have seen my leg muscle build up. i also bought the easy abs and cant wait to use it. pleasr lolo make an easy legs

This app exceeds expectation, it is my own personal trainer and it really works I see my fat going away& and Im shrinking !!! Its not just you watching the phone it adjust to what you are able to do and takes it from there .So worth the money

Ive been doing lolo legs every other day for mo. Love the results Im seeing. I have never been able to do lunges w/o serious and painful side effects, but with just a few short weeks I have moved on to the intermediate program. Thanks lolo legs! (also have lolo abs, love that too!)

Easy Legs

I love all of the easy apps. The workouts dont take that long and I can easily fit it all in with a busy schedule. With the Easy Legs app, however, I feel like the workouts are aimed more at the thigh muscles than any other leg muscle. I would like to see more calf and inner thigh workouts included in this app. Calf raises, for example, would be a great addition.
