Love them All!!

I love the Lolo Apps, this one included. I have been using them since the beginning if the year, and they continue to leave me with that oh so good soreness afterwards.

I love that you can input the equipment you have on hand, select the difficulty and intensity easily.

I only wish you could save those workouts you really like to go back to them another time, or if you could customize your own workout within the App.

Otherwise, great app for targeting areas, will continue to use it!!
